Job Description

About the Role:

We are a growing transportation company looking for an experienced Accountant to handle daily financial operations, tax compliance, and ledger management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting and vouchers in Tally.
  • Handle GST filings, reconciliations, and E-Way bills.
  • Process TDS calculations, deductions, and returns.
  • Manage driver payments, freight billing, and vendor accounts.

Requirements:

  • Tally proficiency is mandatory.
  • Strong working knowledge of GST and TDS.
  • Fluency in Kannada is mandatory (for local vendor and driver coordination).
  • Prior experience in the transport/logistics sector is a plus.

Experience: 1–3 years (Preferred)
