🛡️ Trust & Safety ProfessionalResponsibilities:
- Monitor platform activity and identify policy violations
- Review user reports and take appropriate action
- Identify suspicious, fraudulent, or unsafe behaviour
- Help maintain a safe and trusted experience for users
🤝 Key Account Management (KAM)Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with creators/hosts
- Support creator onboarding, engagement, and account growth
- Resolve account-related queries
- Ensure a smooth and positive creator experience
