Job Description
Lead and oversee end-to-end tour operations including planning, booking, and execution
across all destinations.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, service quality, and
cost optimization.
• Supervise daily operations, ensuring timely execution and adherence to company
standards.
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational
performance.
Tour planning: Checking itineraries, destinations, hotels, transport and bookings.
Team handling: Managing travel operations executives and distributing work.
Vendor management: Negotiating with hotels, transport providers, local agents and other travel partners.
Cost and profitability: Checking package prices, vendor costs and operational expenses.
Customer satisfaction: Resolving complaints, booking problems and urgent travel issues.
Reporting: Tracking team performance, costs and operational results.
