YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES • Generate leads, connect with prospects and identify new business opportunities. • Explain software features, pricing and risk controls clearly and confidently. • Arrange demonstrations and follow up consistently with prospects. • Achieve assigned sales targets and build lasting customer relationships. • Maintain accurate enquiry, follow-up, demonstration and sales records. • Coordinate with the technical team for smooth customer onboarding and support. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE • Good knowledge of the Indian stock market: trading basics, futures and options, and trading risks. • Previous sales or business development experience; experience in stockbroking, financial services or trading software is preferred. • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and customer-handling skills. • Knowledge of Kannada and English; Hindi, Telugu and Tamil are added advantages. • Qualifications: Any degree is preferred; skills are very important. • Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain customer records. • A proactive, target-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
