Job Description
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, referrals, and other channels.
- Connect with prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
- Present and explain company products/services to potential customers.
- Conduct follow-ups with leads and maintain regular communication throughout the sales cycle.
- Schedule meetings and product/service demonstrations with prospective clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and other sales-related documents.
- Negotiate with clients and support the closure of deals.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM/system.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Track market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery after sales closure.
- Prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, meetings, and sales performance.
- Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to handle cold calling and follow-ups confidently.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Good understanding of the sales/business development process.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email, and CRM tools.
- Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
