About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller to join our interior design team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their interior requirements, following up with leads, and scheduling appointments with our design team.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCall and follow up with potential customers/leads.
• Understand customer requirements, budget, and project details.
• Explain our interior design services and generate interest.
• Schedule site visits and appointments with the design team.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status.
• Convert qualified leads into appointments and potential sales.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
• Requirements1–2 years of experience in telesales/telecalling, preferably in real estate or interior design.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Fluent in English and Kannada.
• Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working with sales targets.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain lead records.
• Candidates who can commute easily to Kanakapura Road near Vajrahalli Metro Station are preferred.
