Telecalling Executive

Position: Telecaller

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for Telecallers with good communication skills to handle customer calls and support collection, sales, or customer service activities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake and handle customer calls as required.
• Communicate with customers professionally and effectively.
• Follow up with customers regarding payments/collections where applicable.
• Address customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.
• Maintain accurate call and customer records.
• Follow up with customers and ensure timely resolution.
• Meet assigned calling and performance targets.
• Eligibility6+ months of experience in Collections preferred.
• Candidates with experience in Customer Support or Sales may also be considered.
• Fresh candidates may be considered on an exceptional basis if they have strong English and Hindi communication skills.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customers professionally and work towards targets.
• Preferred SkillsExcellent English and Hindi communication.
• Customer handling skills.
• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

Ideal CandidateCandidates with prior Collections experience will be given preference. Candidates from Customer Support or Sales backgrounds with strong communication skills may also be considered.
