Telecalling & Telesales Executive
📍 Bangalore | 🏢 Work From Office
💼 Experience: 0–2 Years | 📅 Monday–Saturday
We’re hiring a Telecalling & Telesales Executive to handle outbound calls, follow-ups, customer queries, lead generation, and sales conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and generate leads
- Explain products/services and offers
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Maintain call, lead, and sales records in Excel/CRM
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 0–2 years in Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales, or Customer Support
- Good Hindi & English communication
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply
