Job Description

Telecaller – Job DescriptionWe are looking for a female Telecaller to join our team at Bright Soul Spa & Salon.

Responsibilities:

  • Call and follow up with leads received through online platforms.
  • Understand customer requirements
  • Follow up with interested customers
  • Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in Excel.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and politely.
  • Coordinate with the team regarding customer appointments and bookings.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Hindi, Kannada, and English.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Previous telecalling/customer service experience is an advantage.
