Job Description
- Prepare high-quality Tandoori and Chinese dishes with excellent taste and presentation.
- Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and portion sizes.
- Have strong knowledge of Tandoori cooking techniques, marinades, gravies, and Chinese sauces.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per food safety standards.
- Monitor food quality and ensure dishes are served on time.
