Job Description

Tamil Telecalling Executive:


  1. Handle 32–40 customer calls per day from the assigned database.
  2. Communicate with rural users in Tamil and introduce the agricultural application.
  3. Explain app features, tools, services, and usage clearly.
  4. Educate customers on the app’s benefits for their agricultural activities.
  5. No sales targets or sales responsibilities are involved in this role.
  6. Record call details, customer responses, and follow-up requirements.
  7. Maintain and submit daily calling activity reports and customer feedback.
  8. Work from the Mahadevapura office and coordinate with the reporting supervisor.
