🔹 About the Role

Swiggy Instamart is looking for an experienced Store Manager to manage day-to-day dark store operations, team performance, inventory, dispatch and overall store efficiency.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the Instamart Dark Store.

Handle inbound, put-away, inventory and stock management.

Supervise order dispatch, rider coordination and order accuracy.

Manage and monitor staff rosters based on demand and peak hours.

Lead and supervise pickers, packers and supervisors.

Conduct staff training, performance reviews and handle team-related issues.

Maintain optimum inventory levels and coordinate for replenishment.

Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO and inventory accuracy.

Monitor chiller/freezer temperatures and ensure cold-chain compliance.

Maintain proper storage and handling of temperature-sensitive products.

Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene and operational SOPs.

🔹 Candidate Profile

Minimum 3+ years of experience in Store/Warehouse/Dark Store operations.

Experience in team handling, inventory management and roster planning.

Candidates from Quick Commerce, E-commerce, Retail, Warehouse or FMCG backgrounds preferred.

Strong operational and team-management skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Must be comfortable with the respective job location.
