Role OverviewWe are looking for a Service Marketing Executive to drive service business, customer retention, service bookings, and customer engagement for Bharat Toyota workshops.

• Key ResponsibilitiesContact existing Toyota customers for periodic maintenance and scheduled service reminders.
• Generate service leads through CRM data, tele-calling, WhatsApp, and customer follow-ups.
• Promote Toyota service packages, periodic maintenance, AMC, RSA, EW, and value-added services.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with Service Advisors.
• Identify inactive customers and execute campaigns to bring them back to Bharat Toyota workshops.
• Promote service camps, customer engagement activities, and dealership service campaigns.
• Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
• Generate referrals and identify opportunities for additional service and value-added sales.
• Maintain customer interaction, lead, appointment, and conversion records in CRM/DMS.
• Coordinate with Service, CRM, Sales, and Marketing teams for campaign execution.
• Handle customer queries regarding service offers, packages, appointments, and promotions.
• Achieve targets for service bookings, customer retention, and service revenue.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on calls, leads, appointments, and conversions.
• Follow Bharat Toyota and Toyota customer service standards and company policies.

Ideal CandidateCandidates with experience in service marketing, tele-calling, customer relationship management, automotive service, CRM, or customer retention may be considered.
