Job Description
Service Level Coordinator – Work from Hosur TN
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with customers and collect deployment requirements, reports, and data.
- Prepare and coordinate Pan-India deployment plans.
- Coordinate with vendors and employees for manpower deployment as per customer requirements.
- Track attendance, deployment status, and service completion.
- Maintain daily MIS, trackers, and customer reports.
- Follow up on pending requirements and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure timely deployment and SLA compliance.
- Escalate manpower shortages, delays, and critical issues to management.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong follow-up and customer handling ability.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Experience in service coordination/manpower deployment preferred.
