SENIOR ASSOCIATE MANAGER Job Role:-The candidate will be responsible for Team Handling, People Management, Team Development, Training, Grooming, and Channel Development. The role requires a strong leader who can build a motivated team, improve performance, and support the overall growth of the organization.

• Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and motivate a team to achieve organizational objectives.
• Take complete responsibility for Team Handling & People Management.
• Recruit, onboard, train, groom, and develop team members.

• Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
• Monitor individual and team performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Assist team members in achieving their assigned goals and responsibilities.
• Coordinate with senior management and provide regular updates on team performance.

• Resolve team-related issues and maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
