Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers from the company's lead database.
- Introduce the company, products, and services to prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Follow up regularly with interested prospects and maintain proper communication.
- Schedule meetings or calls between qualified prospects and the sales team.
- Share company profiles, brochures, quotations, and other information with prospects when required.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer responses.
- Update lead status and follow-up details in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding qualified leads and customer requirements.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead-generation, and appointment targets.
- Build professional relationships with prospects and provide a positive customer experience.
- RequirementsGood English communication and conversation skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Good listening and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle rejection and consistently follow up with prospects.
- Sales or telecalling experience is preferred, but freshers can also apply.
