ML Engineer

About the RoleWe are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and work on building, deploying, and improving machine learning systems that power our products.

You will work closely with the engineering team to take ML models from experimentation to production, work with real-world datasets, and build reliable ML pipelines and APIs.

• ResponsibilitiesDevelop, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models.
• Prepare, clean, and analyze datasets for ML applications.
• Implement ML algorithms using Python and popular ML frameworks.
• Build and integrate ML models into production applications and APIs.
• Work with LLMs, NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, or other ML technologies as required.
• Design and maintain data preprocessing and model inference pipelines.
• Monitor model performance and improve accuracy, latency, and reliability.
• Collaborate with backend and product teams to integrate ML solutions into existing systems.
• Research and experiment with new ML techniques, models, and tools.
• RequirementsStrong programming skills in Python.
• Good understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals, including supervised and unsupervised learning.
• Knowledge of algorithms such as regression, classification, clustering, decision trees, and ensemble methods.
• Experience with NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn and at least one deep learning framework such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Good understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and optimization.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, and basic software development practices.
• Ability to understand problems, experiment independently, and build practical solutions.
• Good to HaveExperience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, or AI agents.
• Experience with FastAPI or similar backend frameworks.
• Knowledge of Docker and cloud deployment.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL or other databases.
• Familiarity with MLOps, model monitoring, and production ML systems.
• Personal ML/AI projects, GitHub contributions, Kaggle projects, or relevant internships.
