Job OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Quality Control Engineer to join our plastic manufacturing unit in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in quality control, preferably in the plastic manufacturing industry, with a good understanding of inspection, testing, and quality standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesInspect incoming raw materials and finished plastic products.
• Monitor production processes to ensure products meet required quality standards.
• Perform dimensional, visual, and other quality inspections.
• Identify defects and coordinate with the production team for corrective actions.
• Maintain quality inspection reports, checklists, and documentation.
• Conduct regular quality checks during different stages of production.
• Assist in identifying the root cause of quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and SOPs.
• Monitor rejection, rework, and defect rates.
• Coordinate with production and other departments to improve product quality.
• Support internal quality audits and continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of quality records.
• RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance.
• Experience in the plastic manufacturing industry will be preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plastic products, manufacturing processes, and quality inspection methods.
• Good understanding of measurement tools and inspection techniques.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify product defects.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic computer knowledge for maintaining quality reports.
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Plastic Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
