Job Description

URGENT HIRING - Legal Manager - Non Litigation |Real Estate | Bangalore.


Qualification: LLB - Mandatory

Experience:5+ Years in Real Estate Legal preferred


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

✓ Draft, review and negotiate real estate agreements, Sale Deed, JDA, GPA, Lease, Conveyance, MOU

✓ Due diligence of land titles, encumbrance certificates, and property documents

✓ Liaise with government authorities: BBMP, BDA, RERA, Sub-Registrar for approvals

✓ Handle documentation for project approvals, khata, conversion, and compliance

✓ Strong knowledge of RERA, Karnataka Land Reforms Act, Registration Act

✓ Excellent drafting in Kannada Language.
