Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Installation & Commissioning: Lead and participate in the installation, wiring, and commissioning of BMS, automation, and control systems.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair system faults, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and guide a team of technicians, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to company standards.
- Technical Support: Provide on-site and remote support to customers, resolving technical issues promptly.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of service activities, installation reports, and troubleshooting logs.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all work follows industry safety standards, company protocols, and regulatory guidelines.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients, addressing technical concerns and providing training when needed.
- Qualifications & Skills:Education: Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in BMS, automation, or related fields, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
- Technical Proficiency:Hands-on experience with PLC, SCADA, HVAC controls, sensors, and industrial automation systems.
- Knowledge of wiring diagrams, control panels, and networking for automation systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, leadership, teamwork, and excellent communication skills.
- Certifications: Any relevant certifications in BMS, automation, or safety standards (preferred).
