Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Promote company products and services and explain their features and benefits.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
- Conduct customer meetings, follow-ups and regular market visits.
- Identify new business opportunities and explore potential markets.
- Coordinate with accounts, operations and other departments for smooth order execution and payment collection.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Manage customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop sales strategies and contribute to overall business growth.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure timely follow-up on pending enquiries and orders.
- Maintain proper records of leads, customer interactions and sales activities.
