Job Description

Job Responsibilities


* Maintain daily Log-In and Log-Out records of inventories.

* Handle loading and unloading of inventory/materials.

* Receive, check and arrange incoming stock properly.

* Make accurate inventory entries in the system/register.

* Maintain records of inward and outward movement of stock.

* Conduct physical stock checks and report shortages, damages or discrepancies.

* Keep the inventory area clean, organized and safe.

* Coordinate with the Hub Manager for day-to-day hub operations and assigned operational activities.

* Support the Hub Manager in completing routine hub-related tasks.

* Follow company safety and operational procedures.


Requirements


* 0–2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, hub or operations preferred.

* Basic computer knowledge.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Physically fit to handle loading/unloading activities.

* Punctual, responsible and willing to work in a hub/warehouse environment.
