About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter Interns who are eager to build a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines.

• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.

• Schedule interviews with hiring managers.

• Share company and job information with candidates.

• Conduct reference/background checks.

• Coordinate hiring decisions and offer rollouts.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience.

• Maintain recruitment records and compliance.

• Support talent acquisition strategies.

Eligibility

• Pursuing Graduation (Mandatory)

• Age 18+

• Good communication skills

0–4 Joinings: No Stipend

5–8 Joinings: 3,000

9–12 Joinings: 5,000

13–15 Joinings: 7,500
