Job Location: Kempegowda International Airport, Devanahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Overview :

We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and well-organized Hub Executive to manage our car and taxi service operations at Kempegowda International Airport, Devanahalli, Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating vehicle movements, managing drivers, monitoring trips, and ensuring smooth day-to-day hub operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily car and taxi operations at the airport hub.

Coordinate with drivers regarding trip assignments, pickups, and drop-offs.

Monitor vehicle availability, allocation, and movement.

Ensure timely customer pickups and smooth transportation services.

Maintain daily trip records, driver attendance, and vehicle logs.

Coordinate with customers, drivers, and the operations team to resolve issues.

Monitor vehicle cleanliness, readiness, and basic maintenance requirements.

Handle customer complaints and operational issues professionally.

Prepare daily operational reports and update trip details.

Ensure compliance with company policies, airport regulations, and safety procedures.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.

Experience in taxi operations, car rental, fleet management, logistics, or transportation will be an advantage.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to manage drivers and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Knowledge of Bengaluru and airport operations is preferred.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
