HR Intern

HR Intern Position: HR Intern Department: Human Resources Location: Gurukrupa Square, 58/1, Hosur Road, Service Rd, Singasandra, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560114 Duration: 3 Months Internship Type: Paid Roles & Responsibilities • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews). • Support employee onboarding and documentation. • Maintain and update HR records and databases. • Assist in HR operations, attendance tracking, and payroll support. • Help organize training programs and employee engagement activities. • Support compliance with HR policies and procedures. Eligibility Criteria • Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA / MSW / BBA / B.Com / BA (HR or related field). • Basic knowledge of HR concepts and recruitment processes. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
