Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- On-ground sourcing: Visit local industrial zones, neighborhoods, or community centers to find job seekers.
- Hiring events: Attend job fairs, set up campus recruitment drives at trade or technical institutes, and host walk-in interviews.
- Bulk hiring: Focus on volume recruitment.
- Screening and onboarding: Conduct preliminary face-to-face interviews, check basic documents, and assist with initial joining formalities.
