Job Description: Field Executive (Uber Cab Onboarding)
Job Title / Designation: Field Executive – Uber Cab Onboarding
Work Type: Field Job / Full-Time
📋 Job Role & SummaryYour primary role is to meet cab drivers in the field, pitch the benefits of Uber, and onboard them onto the platform. You will help drivers complete their registration, verify their documents, and guide them to take their first successful trip (or re-join the app).
- 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesField Visits: Visit taxi hubs, cab stands, airport waiting areas, railway stations, and high-traffic locations to connect with cab drivers.
- Pitching & Onboarding: Explain daily earnings, flexibility, and benefits of driving with Uber.
- Document Verification: Assist drivers in uploading and verifying documents (Driving License, RC, Vehicle Insurance, etc.).
- First Trip Guidance: Handhold and guide drivers step-by-step until they complete their first trip on the app.
- Reactivation: Reach out to old/inactive drivers and assist them in re-joining and resuming trips.
