Job Description
Customer Support & Pre-Sales ExecutiveKings Club is urgently hiring Customer Support & Pre-Sales Executives.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Explain Kings Club services and offerings
- Follow up with interested customers
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Update call and customer details in CRM
- Achieve daily calling and performance targets
- Candidate RequirementsFreshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- English and Kannada preferred; Hindi is optional
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and a target-oriented role
Job Details📍 Location: Muddinpalya / Nagarabhavi, Bengaluru
🕙 Working Hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM or 9:30 AM–6:30 PM
💰 Salary: ₹16,000–₹25,000 Fixed + Performance-Based Incentives
