Job Description
A sales team leader guides, manages, and motivates a group of sales representatives to hit individual and group targets. They act as the bridge between frontline sales staff and upper management, handling daily coaching, pipeline tracking, and strategy execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Guidance: Train, mentor, and motivate sales representatives to reach monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics like revenue, conversion rates, and pipeline progress.
- Coaching & Training: Run regular skill-building sessions and help reps close tough deals.
- Strategy Execution: Roll out company sales plans and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Reporting: Share team progress, wins, and forecasts with senior management.
- Customer Escalation: Step in to resolve major client complaints or complex service issues.
