Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Generate quality leads through cold calling and customer outreach.
  • Follow up with customers interested in credit counselling and loan services.
  • Understand customer requirements and explain company services clearly.
  • Analyse CIBIL/credit profiles, sources of income, salary slips and bank statements.
  • Identify possible loan options based on customer eligibility.
  • Collect, verify and maintain customer documentation accurately.
  • Update CRM/Excel with call logs, lead status and customer information.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and loan processing.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer financial information.

Candidate Requirements

  • Any graduate (Commerce/Finance preferred).
  • 0–2 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, Telesales or Customer Service.
