Job Description

Job Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to customers regarding banking/financial products and services.
  • Explain loan, credit card, insurance, or other banking products to customers.
  • Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information.
  • Maintain daily call and customer follow-up records.
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales/operations team for further processing.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
