Job Description
Customer Sales Executive – Outbound Calling
Job Type: Full-Time (Work From Home)
Experience: 0–1 Years
Department: Sales
We are hiring Customer Sales Exicutive for outbound calling and customer onboarding. Leads will be provided through online channels. Your main responsibility will be to connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, and explain how the FR8 app can help improve their truck and load connectivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call online-generated leads and explain FR8 services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Pitch and onboard companies/customers onto the FR8 app.
- Follow up with customers and maintain good relationships.
- Help existing customers increase their load connectivity through FR8.
- Coordinate closely with the Operations Team for smooth truck-to-customer connections.
- Achieve monthly onboarding and sales targets.
Incentives:
- ₹10,000 for the first successful onboarding
- ₹3,000 for every subsequent onboarding
Requirements: Good communication and convincing skills.
