Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients.
  • Provide accurate information about interior design services and offerings.
  • Understand client requirements and qualify leads.
  • Collect floor plans and project details from clients.
  • Schedule appointments for the design/sales team.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead records.
  • Coordinate with the design and sales teams for smooth client handovers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the interior design sector.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer handling and follow-up abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of interior design concepts and services.

Immediate joiners preferred.
