Position: Sales & Accounts Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Sales & Accounts Executive to manage daily sales activities, billing, collections, accounting entries, and reconciliation. The candidate will coordinate with stores, customers, vendors, and internal finance teams to ensure accurate sales reporting and timely accounting.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities

• Monitor and record daily sales from Baskin-Robbins outlets.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Verify sales invoices, bills, discounts, returns, and promotional adjustments.
• Coordinate with outlets and sales teams regarding sales discrepancies.
• Track sales targets and actual performance.
• Monitor customer outstanding balances and follow up for collections.
• Maintain proper sales documentation and records.

Accounts Responsibilities

• Record sales, receipts, payments, and other accounting transactions.
• Prepare and post sales invoices and credit notes.
• Perform daily sales reconciliation between POS reports, cash, card, UPI, and bank collections.
• Reconcile customer accounts and outstanding receivables.
• Assist with bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with the finance team for month-end closing.
• Assist with GST/TDS-related documentation and reporting.
• Support internal and statutory audits by providing required documents.
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of accounting principles and sales accounting.
• Working knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of GST and basic taxation.
• Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work with large volumes of sales data.
• QualificationB.Com / M.Com / BBA / equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales Accounting, Accounts Receivable, or Retail/FMCG accounting preferred.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Accuracy of daily sales reporting.
• Timely completion of sales reconciliation.
• Reduction in outstanding receivables.
• Accuracy of accounting entries.
• Timely submission of monthly reports.
• Proper maintenance of supporting documents.
