🎯 ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Counter Sales Executive, you will be an important part of our customer-facing team and will be responsible for creating an excellent shopping experience for customers.

Your main responsibility will be to understand customer requirements, showcase products, explain features and benefits, assist customers in selecting suitable products, and convert enquiries into successful sales.

Your Sales Journey:Welcome Customer → Understand Requirement → Show Products → Explain Features & Benefits → Handle Queries → Convince Customer → Close Sale → Build Customer Relationship

• 🔥 KEY RESPONSIBILITIESWelcome customers warmly and professionally.
• Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget.
• Showcase products and help customers select suitable options.
• Explain product features, quality, specifications, pricing, and benefits.
• Provide product demonstrations and presentations when required.
• Answer customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
• Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Convince customers and convert enquiries into sales.
• Follow up with interested customers when required.
• Maintain updated knowledge of products, new arrivals, offers, and promotions.
• Ensure the sales counter and product display area are clean and well organized.
• Coordinate with the team regarding billing, stock availability, orders, and customer requirements.
• Achieve daily, monthly, and individual sales targets.
• Maintain basic customer and sales records.
• Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale.
• Represent Raymond professionally and positively.

💰 SALARY & ATTRACTIVE INCENTIVES💵 Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹20,000 Per MonthThe salary will depend on the candidate's experience, communication skills, sales ability, and overall suitability for the position.

🔥 PERFORMANCE-BASED INCENTIVESIn addition to the fixed salary, candidates will have an opportunity to earn attractive incentives based on sales performance.

• ⭐ CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSMinimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduate or equivalent.
• Previous experience in Counter Sales, Retail Sales, Showroom Sales, Sales Executive, Customer Service, or a similar role will be an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in sales are also welcome to apply.
• Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Ability to work toward sales targets.
• Professional and well-groomed personality.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

🗣️ LANGUAGE SKILLSKnowledge of English and Kannada is preferred.

Knowledge of Hindi or other regional languages will be an additional advantage.
