Collection Executive Role


Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with customers for outstanding payments.
  • Make calls and conduct field visits when required.
  • Maintain accurate collection records and update payment status.
  • Meet assigned collection targets and follow company policies.
  • Resolve basic customer payment queries and coordinate with internal teams.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of collection experience preferred.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
