Job Description

We are looking for an energetic, result-oriented, and experienced Area Manager to oversee the operations and performance of multiple YLG outlets. The Area Manager will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining customer service standards, developing Store Managers, and ensuring adherence to company policies and SOPs.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, analytical, and people-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple outlets and drive business growth.
