Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Client Relationship Manager with experience in corporate sales and client relationship management. The candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with mandatory fluency in Kannada.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through corporate sales.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Handle client queries, follow-ups, and business negotiations.
• Build long-term client relationships to drive business growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client service.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business development goals.
• Maintain client databases and provide regular sales updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Corporate Sales is preferred.
• Strong client relationship and business development skills.
• Kannada fluency is mandatory.
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Candidates

• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Candidates with corporate sales, B2B sales, banking, financial services, or business development experience are encouraged to apply.
