Real Estate Sales ExecutivesWe are looking for enthusiastic, target-driven and motivated Real Estate Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in the real estate industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to convert potential leads into successful property transactions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and manage prospective buyers and investors interested in residential and commercial properties.
• Connect with potential clients, understand their property requirements, budgets and preferences.
• Explain project details, configurations, pricing, amenities, location advantages and payment plans.
• Schedule and coordinate property site visits with prospective customers.
• Conduct site visits and assist clients throughout the property selection process.
• Follow up consistently with interested customers and nurture leads until closure.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to facilitate successful property transactions.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners and developers.
• Maintain accurate lead records and regularly update sales activities in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute towards overall business growth.

• Candidates with prior work experience will be considered strictly from the real estate industry.
• Experience in residential or commercial property sales, real estate consulting or property advisory will be an added advantage.
• Good verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
• Basic understanding of real estate projects, property transactions and market trends.
• Ability to work independently, handle sales targets and close deals.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and property site visits.

• Candidates with experience in other industries, such as insurance, banking, retail or general sales, are not eligible. Prior work experience, wherever applicable, must be specifically related to the real estate sector.
