Job Description
The role
You work alongside the team on calls, WhatsApp, HelpDesk tickets and leads, and you also supervise the shift. When the Operations Manager is away, you step in fully: approvals, the roster, escalations and reviews.
What you’ll do
- Handle customer calls, WhatsApp chats, tickets and leads, and set the standard for the team
- Make sure every ticket has the right priority, a named owner and a proper closure
- Prepare compensation cases for approval
- Support stores and franchise partners and escalate issues to the right team
- Train new team members, listen to call recordings and sign off knowledge certification
- Run shift handovers and help the Operations Manager with weekly performance reviews
- Cover all of the Operations Manager’s responsibilities during leave and weekly offs
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years in customer support, customer service or operations
- Clear, calm and polite communication in English, in speech and in writing
- Comfortable with ticketing tools, dashboards and WhatsApp for business
- Organised and follows things through to the end, with no loose ends
- Honest and willing to own a problem rather than pass it on
- Interest in fabrics and garment care is a plus. We train you on our services.
