Job Description

RM – HL & LAP (DSA): Main Roles & Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation: Source Home Loan and Loan Against Property customers through connectors, builders, property agents and referrals.

2. Customer Assessment: Understand loan requirements and check income, repayment capacity and basic lender eligibility.

3. Documentation & Login: Collect KYC, income and property documents and submit complete loan applications.

4. Lender Coordination: Follow up on credit assessment, legal verification, property valuation, sanction and disbursement.

5. Target Achievement: Achieve monthly loan disbursement targets and improve lead conversion.

6. Relationship Management & Reporting: Maintain customer and channel partner relationships and update daily sales MIS.
