Job Description

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, existing customers, channel partners, and real estate developers.
  • Understand client requirements, investment objectives, budget, and property preferences to recommend suitable projects.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead engagement, requirement analysis, project presentations, site visits, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective clients to maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal sales teams, developers, and channel partners to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of clients and channel partners to generate referral business.
  • Provide accurate information regarding property specifications, pricing, payment plans, and project details.
  • Maintain updated records of client interactions, sales pipelines, site visits, and booking status in the CRM.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets, booking objectives, and revenue goals within defined timelines.
  • Ensure professional client communication and maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
