Job Description

●    Coordinate with clients and align meetings/site visits for Senior Sales Engineers (SSEs).

●    Maintain and manage SSE FMS, including visit plans, completed visits, and pending follow-ups.

●    Prepare route-wise daily site visit plans to maximize client coverage.

●    Call clients to verify SSE visits and collect visit feedback.

●    Send welcome emails to newly contacted or visited clients.

●    Provide clients with required documents, quotations, catalogues, and other information.

●    Follow up with clients and ensure enquiries are generated and received.

●    Track client enquiries and coordinate with SSEs/Sales Team for further action.

●    Prepare daily and weekly visit and enquiry MIS reports.

●    Ensure timely communication and coordination between clients and SSEs.
