Content Manager – Fashion / Lifestyle Brand

We are looking for a creative and organized Content Manager who can own the brand’s content strategy, calendar and day-to-day content execution.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and manage the monthly/weekly content calendar.
• Develop content ideas, hooks, captions, scripts and campaign concepts.
• Plan content for Instagram, Reels and other social platforms.
• Coordinate with videographers, designers and freelancers.
• Brief creative teams and ensure content is delivered on time.
• Maintain consistent brand tone, visual identity and storytelling.
• Create content for fashion, apparel, ethnic wear, beauty or lifestyle campaigns.
• Review content performance and use insights to improve future content.
• Handle multiple campaigns and content projects simultaneously.

Candidate requirements

• 3+ years of experience in content strategy, brand content, creative direction or content management.
• Experience with a fashion, apparel, ethnic wear, beauty or lifestyle brand, or an agency handling such clients.
• Must have experience owning a content calendar, not just executing social media posts.
• Portfolio/links to previous brands, campaigns or social media handles are compulsory.
• Experience briefing or managing videographers, designers and freelancers.
• Strong knowledge of Canva and CapCut; basic Adobe skills are a plus.
• Strong writing skills in English and Hindi, including captions, hooks and short-form video scripts.
• Creative thinking combined with strong organisation and execution skills.
