Telesales Executive

Neo Grow Marketing is hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients over the phone, explaining our marketing services, and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate quality leads
• Explain Neo Grow Marketing's services and packages clearly to potential customers
• Follow up with interested leads via calls, WhatsApp, or email
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM
• Handle client queries and objections professionally
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business

Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi/English or regional language as required)

Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or BPO preferred (freshers can also apply)

Confident, persuasive, and target-driven attitude

Basic computer knowledge for CRM/data entry

Willingness to work full-time from office/work from home (specify as applicable)
