Job Description
Vibes Holidays ek growing travel aur tour company hai jo customers ko domestic aur international holiday packages provide karti hai. Hum ek energetic aur customer-friendly Travel Consultant dhundh rahe hain jo packages banane, customers ko handle karne aur bookings confirm karne mein help kare.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Customers ki requirement samajhna aur unke liye customized tour packages banana (domestic & international)
- Hotels, flights, transfers aur activities ki pricing nikaal kar quotation taiyar karna
- Customers ko phone, WhatsApp aur email par respond karna
- Bookings confirm karna aur vendors (hotels, transport, agents) ke saath coordinate karna
- Payment follow-up aur invoice/documentation ka kaam
- Existing customers ke saath relationship maintain karna, repeat business laana
- Social media aur marketing team ke saath basic coordination (jaroorat padne par)
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (travel industry experience hoga to preferred)
- Gujarati language likhna aur bolna aana zaroori hai (Must)
- Hindi aur basic English communication skills
- Computer aur WhatsApp/Excel ka basic knowledge
- Good communication aur convincing skills
- Travel/tourism industry ka experience hoga to added advantage, freshers bhi apply kar sakte hain
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month (skills aur experience ke basis par)
