Telesales Executive

Job Description:

A Telecaller is responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls to promote products or services, generate leads, and maintain customer relationships. The role involves interacting with potential or existing customers, explaining company offerings, and assisting them with their queries.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers.

Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.

Explain products and services clearly to customers.

Generate leads and follow up on prospects.

Maintain a record of calls and customer details in the system.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.

Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.

Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi/English or regional language as required).

Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to handle rejection and remain patient.

Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

12th pass / Graduate (as per company requirement).

Prior experience in telecalling or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
