Job Description

Lead and manage a team of telecallers / collection executives.

Allocate accounts and daily targets to team members.

Monitor daily collection performance and recovery targets.

Follow up on overdue, delinquent and NPA accounts.

Guide team members on effective customer communication and payment follow-up.

Review daily calling, PTP and payment performance.

Track broken PTPs and ensure timely follow-up.

Prepare daily / weekly MIS and performance reports.

Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

Coordinate with management for escalated or difficult cases.

Ensure collection activities are carried out professionally and as per company policies.

Train new team members on calling processes, customer handling and collection procedures.
