💼 Hiring: Payroll Specialist / HR ExecutiveJob Description:

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist / HR Executive who can independently handle payroll processing along with day-to-day HR activities and statutory compliance.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage monthly payroll processing, salary calculation, deductions and final settlements.
• Handle PF, ESIC, PT, TDS and other statutory compliances.
• Maintain employee attendance, leave, salary and payroll records.
• Handle PF-related work, employee queries, UAN, joining/exiting formalities and compliance coordination.
• Manage employee onboarding, documentation and HR records.
• Handle recruitment, interview coordination and employee joining processes.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS and payroll-related reports.
• Coordinate with employees, management, consultants and statutory authorities.
• Support employee grievance handling and general HR operations.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and statutory payments.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Payroll & HR Operations.
• PF knowledge and practical experience is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of ESIC, PT, TDS and statutory compliance.
• Knowledge of attendance, leave management and salary processing.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding and employee documentation.
• Good Excel and HRMS/Payroll software knowledge.
• Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
