Senior Accountant

Financial Reporting & Closing

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual books closure process efficiently.
• Prepare accurate financial statements in compliance with Companies Act, 2013 guidelines.
• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, fixed assets register, and inter-company transactions.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance

• Oversee end-to-end GST compliance, including monthly filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and annual reconciliation (GSTR-9/9C).
• Manage TDS / TCS compliance, ensuring accurate deduction, quarterly return filings (Form 24Q, 26Q), and Form 16 issuance.
• Assist in computing Advance Tax, executing Income Tax filings, and drafting responses for tax assessments.

Audit & Treasury Management

• Prepare comprehensive audit schedules for Statutory, Tax, and Internal Audits.
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for external auditors and consultants.
• Monitor daily cash flows, supervise banking operations, and manage vendor payment cycles.

Team Mentorship & Operations

• Oversee the day-to-day work of junior accountants handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Implement strict internal financial controls to minimise operational risks.
